This fun, energizing class is designed for moms at any stage of pregnancy or postpartum. Whether you're expecting, navigating life with a new little one, or are an experienced momma with older kiddos this class will help you feel strong, confident, and connected. The workout combines functional strength training with mobility, core work, and heart-pumping cardio, all tailored to meet the unique needs of your body during this transformative time. Babies/toddlers/kids are more than welcome—bring your little one along as you work on your wellness journey together!

Expect a sweaty, uplifting session that not only builds strength and stamina but also fosters a supportive community of fellow moms. Together, we’ll celebrate progress, laugh through the challenges and cheer each other on. It’s a judgment-free space where you can focus on your own wellness and have fun while doing it! **It is recommended to have completed the MOVIN MOMMAS FOUNDATIONS 5-week postpartum series OR have done your own postpartum rehab and recovery. Medical clearance is recommended.
