Hi, I'm Julie! I'm a proud mom of two and have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. My journey in fitness has been deeply influenced by my upbringing on a cattle ranch, where I learned the value of outdoor activity, hard work, and staying active. Movement has always been a vital part of my life—whether it's hiking the trails, working on the ranch, or simply being outdoors with my family. To me, movement is more than just a physical practice; it's about mental clarity, emotional balance, and the sense of community that comes with sharing experiences and supporting each other.

Becoming a mom was a transformative experience that reshaped my relationship to my body and how I approach fitness. After the birth of my children, I realized just how important it is for moms to feel strong, supported, and empowered during this life-changing time. This sparked my passion to specialize in prenatal and postpartum fitness. I earned my certifications as a Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach and Core Corrective Exercise Specialist to help moms like you navigate this beautiful yet challenging journey.

I work exclusively with prenatal and postpartum clients, offering both group classes and personal training designed to rebuild strength, confidence, and connection. I want every mom who trains with me to feel empowered, capable, and part of a supportive community. I understand the highs and lows of this journey, and I’m here to share it all with you—celebrating victories, navigating challenges, and never letting you feel alone in the process.
