VOICE GUIDED RuNS
Each run consists of a wicked playlist curated by me with guided work/rest intervals. The key with the runs….honestly…is to have fun! I do not ask you to hit certain distances or paces or finish lines. All I ask is that you enjoy yourself and see how running/walking/jogging feels for you. Some days you may want to add the extra push and other days you may just want the tunes to walk it out! I leave that entirely up to you. You are in control, I am just here to guide you through some fun!
You will need a safe outdoor terrain or treadmill for these runs (can also be used for biking/rowing etc). TIP: plan a rough route before you go!
PLEASE REMEMBER - YOU ARE THE MASTER OF YOUR OWN PACE.
THERE ARE FOUR DIFFERENT RUN OPTIONS:
40-45 MINUTE
Endurance based run - holding longer pace intervals
30-35 MINUTES
Endurance/speed interval based runs - holding pace/quick sprints
20-25 MINUTE
Speed interval based runs with quick bursts of speed throughout.
FOR NEW RUNNERS
For new runners, pre/post partum or those returning to a run program after an injury.
