Pre Hi everyone! I am Julie and I am so excited to MOVE with you! As someone who grew up on a cattle ranch in the interior BC I spent my youth outside running around the ranch, conjuring up different obstacle courses, expeditions, adventures and races with my 5 siblings. We were always on the go!

Fast forward and Im still trying to do the same things! As a fitness instructor for the last 7 years, I love to bring people together to make them sweat and have some laughs while we are at it. And if there’s anything that 2020 taught me (and all of us!) was that connection is so imperative to mental health. And so began MOVEBYJU in an effort to bring people together during the unknown of the pandemic. I also got pregnant and became a mother to a beautiful boy in January 2021! This experience forever changed me and my relationship to my body and movement and opened my eyes to a whole new aspect of health. I now am a Core Corrective Exercise Specialist and also work 1:1 with pre/post partum clients. Moving together on MOVEBYJU is all about taking it day by day, enjoying the process, noticing how you feel and recognizing your strength, your capabilities and finding your power. Every. Single. Day. It is about the freedom to move how you want to move, when you want to move. It is about having fun. Because that, is what is going to keep you coming back to show up for yourself. Every. Single. Day.
