MOVE BODYWEIGHT HIIT

The signature MOVEBYJU. All you need is your beautiful body to work through these short, quick and sweaty blasters! Dynamic movements, fun twists and turns all to the beats to blow the roof off!

TOTAL BODY

The MOVE TOTAL BODY focuses on strength & conditioning using dumbbells and dynamic movements. It is designed to test your endurance, build strength, improve mobility and hit every muscle head to toe! Less focus on HIIT but a guaranteed big burn!

STRENGTH X HIIT

This is the fusion version of our Bodyweight HIIT and Total Body class. We add some resistance and get ready to turn up the intensity with less rest time, longer pushes, and heavier endurance based intervals. This is your opportunity to sweat!

EXPRESS

Designed for those days where we may be short on time or want to spot train specific areas. Ranging from 5-20minutes these express classes provide focus, breathwork, clarity and you can fit them in on your lunch break or during nap time!

PILATES FUSION

The MOVE PILATES FUSION is a fusion between our bodyweight HIIT and an everyday pilates flow. This class is designed to lengthen, stretch, sculpt and focus on breathing and alignment. You will get a nice hit of cardio and will feel the burn in all the right places!

PRENATAL/POSTPARTUM

Designed specifically for the new mommas out there! Will help to get your bodies moving in a safe and effective manner along with teach you modifications to incorporate into any of the other MOVEBYJU classes. Any strength class can be adapted to meet the needs of prenatal/postpartum mommas (contraindications aside). Plus there are some fun classes you can include your kids on! *Please be sure you are cleared by a health professional to engage in physical activity prior to starting an exercise program.
